You should have received a Disclosure Packet provided to you by the seller as per Virginia Law. The packet includes the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which includes Article V, Architectural Control as well as the CEHA By-Laws which includes the Architectural Attachment with guidelines. Please complete and submit the Architectural Property Improvement Request form (see below) to P. O. Box 123, Burke, Virginia 22009-0123.
